Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is not a penalty — it is a measure taken for the member's own security.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposits:
- Bonus abuse or creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.

- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Attempting to access other members' accounts or defrauding them.

6. Deposit Terms and Conditions
The approved payment methods for depositing funds on jetwen are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount through these methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
- When making a deposit, enter the correct account number and amount.
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is any delay, contact us via live chat.
- Deposits from payment accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
- jetwen does not charge any additional fees on the deposit process; however, charges from the payment provider itself may apply.
7. Withdrawal Terms and Conditions
The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals are generally returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if account verification has not been completed.
- A withdrawal request may be cancelled if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
- Complex withdrawals may take additional time during urgent security reviews.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
8. Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions
New members on jetwen receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance will be ৳18,000.
Before the bonus can be withdrawn, the total bonus amount must meet a 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed.
- The bonus is applied automatically only at the time of the first deposit.
- There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirement — see the bonus details in your account.
- If there is evidence of multiple accounts or bonus abuse, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Certain games do not contribute or contribute less toward bonus wagering — see the bonus page for details.
9. VIP and Cashback Terms and Conditions
jetwen's VIP program has three tiers — each tier can be reached through regular betting activity:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. The cashback amount is calculated based on the total net loss for the relevant week. jetwen reserves the right to change the VIP benefit terms at any time.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
10. Game Rules and Results
All games available on jetwen are operated by licensed game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and many others. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
- Game results are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount wagered will be fully refunded.
- If the connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the server log.
- If a suspicious gaming pattern is detected, jetwen reserves the right to hold winnings until the investigation is complete.
11. Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and other sports betting:
- Bets placed before an event starts are valid; once started, bets cannot be withdrawn for any reason.
- If a match is suspended or cancelled, the amount wagered will be refunded, unless a specified number of overs have been completed.
- Match results will be determined based on the official announcement by the relevant sports body (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
- jetwen reserves the right to void bets in any case of match fixing or corruption.
12. Live Casino Rules
Live casino games (Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Andar Bahar, etc.) are conducted with real-time dealers. Respectful behavior is required when participating in these games. Making offensive comments toward dealers or other players is prohibited and may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

- In situations of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
In any circumstances, jetwen's total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the relevant transaction.
